Snowshoe walking

Winter hiking in Engadin

Where, in the summer, there are wonderful walking- trails; in the winter lies meters of snow. Nevertheless, one must not abstain from the pleasure of walking in deep snow.

With modern high-tech snowshoes almost all snowy passages in the Engadin Mountains can be overcome and so also in the white season, varied routes can be explored.

Whether relaxed on the “Philosophers' Way” high above Muottas Muragl or more exhaustingly to the idyllic vantage points of the Bernina mountain range: who has no desire to conquer the ski- slopes, but still does not want to be lazy, will find snowshoe walking  an interesting challenge full of new experiences.

A special highlight is the full moon guided tours!
