The cancellation of your room reservation or a reduction in the length of your stay
In order to avoid unpleasant situations we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

The following points apply to room cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the absence of any special arrangements. There will be no cancellation charge for cancellations made up to one month before the holiday is due to commence.

From 30 days before the holiday is due to commence we charge for a maximum of 3 nights accommodation including any reserved package. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days before
the holiday is due to commence we will charge for 100% of the reserved package if no replacement occupant can be found. The same regulations apply in the case of a delayed arrival or an early departure.
