Power Cycling with Velocity – Performance and Mindfulness in Balance

Power Cycling with Velocity combines dynamic, performance-oriented cycling with evidence-based principles of Mind-Body Medicine (MBM). It is designed for individuals who wish to consciously enhance their physical performance while cultivating mental clarity, focus and inner balance — offering a purposeful counterpoint to the demands of everyday life.

The training integrates physical intensity with conscious breathing, mental focus and mindfulness-based impulses. Participants learn to perceive both internal and external strain, to regulate their energy with intention, and to move fluidly between activation and recovery. This holistic approach supports the regulation of the nervous system and encourages a more balanced and constructive response to stress.

By combining performance development with mind-body practices, the programme not only strengthens physical endurance, but also enhances self-awareness, self-regulation and mental resilience. Power Cycling with Velocity thus creates lasting impulses for health, performance and a more conscious, resource-oriented approach to training — on the bike and beyond.
