Yoga with Simone Garcia – Regeneration. Mindfulness. Well-Being

The yoga retreat with Simone Garcia combines a mindfully guided yoga practice with evidence-based methods of Mind-Body Medicine. This integrative approach brings body and mind into balance, encourages self-care, and is applied both preventively and therapeutically through a range of multimodal interventions. Health, in the sense of Deep Health, is understood as a holistic experience shaped by the interplay of physical, psychological, social and environmental dimensions.

The retreat offers a protected space to consciously slow down and restore. A carefully curated combination of mindfulness-based bodywork, dynamic and regenerative yoga practices, breathing and meditation techniques, as well as mental focus, supports the regulation of the nervous system, reduces stress responses and enhances inner balance.

The high-alpine landscape of the Engadin provides a powerful natural resource for well-being: crisp mountain air, expansive views and an immersive connection with natural rhythms foster vitality and restoration on multiple levels. In this way, the retreat becomes a truly holistic mind-body experience.

Complementary phases of reflection and integration support participants in transferring their experiences into everyday life, allowing the principles of Mind-Body Medicine to become practical tools for a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
